Location: required in Lambeth, London
Hours: Full Time Days - Various Shifts - 37.5 hrs per week
Hourly Rate: £26.50 per hour

Roles
- To oversee and maintain the care of Service User's within a designated area of the Care Centre.
- In the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Care Centre.
- To delegate tasks and monitor all junior Staff activity.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent care and support to residents.
- Ensuring high standards are always maintained.
- Supervising, leading supporting and motivating the Nursing Team and Care assistants in order for the team to function efficiently.
- Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs.
- Administering medication as instructed.
- Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the well-being of the residents and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.
- Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
- Liaising with family members and outside agencies including Doctors etc.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
