Responsibilities:
- The Senior Theatre Practitioner will assume a leadership role in the operating theatre, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- They will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating for a variety of surgical procedures, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of perioperative care.
- Collaboration with the surgical team, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient theatre operations.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior theatre staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of best practices in perioperative care, adhering to the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintenance of accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
