Responsibilities
As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the management team, directly engaging with senior management while taking the lead in the care unit dedicated to {Dementia and Mental Health Conditions}. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, monitoring patient care, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the unit. This role encompasses both clinical and supernumerary duties, totaling 42 hours per week.
