Theatre Practitioner - Recovery in Great Missenden, Private Hospital paying up to £42,500 Salary

About Us:
We are a leading private hospital in Great Missenden dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Theatre Practitioner with a focus on recovery to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent patient care and support in the recovery phase after surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical and nursing teams to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the recovery area.
• Monitor patients closely, assessing their condition and responding to any changes promptly.
• Administer post-operative medications and ensure patients' comfort and well-being.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in a recovery role within a surgical setting.
• Knowledge of post-anesthetic care and pain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
