About the Role:
We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join a prestigious Independent Hospital in Bath. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and equipment.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and instrument counts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse or ODP qualification with relevant experience in theatre scrub practice.
Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Strong understanding of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
