Unit Manager required in Nelson, Lancashire , up to £19.00, 42 Hours Days ( Split up into Supernumerary and Clinical Shifts)

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Nelson, Lancashire. My client offers nursing care to those living with Dementia and Mental Health Conditions. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the {Dementia and Mental Health Conditions} unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Unit Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.
