Permanent Staff Referral
Referrals can only be submitted via the Refer a Friend Submittal Form.
Nurses - Referral fees are paid at £250.00 for all full time (30+ hours) placements, hours less than this will be paid at £50.00.
All referrals are paid only once your referral has completed probation.
Referral fees will not be applicable for applicants that we have previously engaged within the last 3 months.
For non NMC-registered referrals the fee will be £50.00
Candidates will need be placed into a permanent role with 3 months of referral form being completed
Temporary Staffing Referral
A referral fee will only be due on successful placement or 10 agency shifts have been completed by the referral (£250 for NMC Registered Candidates, £50 for Non-NMC Registered Candidates)
Candidates will need be completed registration within 3 months of referral form being completed
