Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist scrub and perioperative care during ophthalmic procedures.
• Ensure safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and theatre staff.
• Maintain strict infection control measures and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) or HCPC Registered ODP.
• Experience in ophthalmic surgery or theatre nursing preferred.
• Strong teamwork, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
