🩺 Responsibilities:
- Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administering medication and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitoring and managing residents’ conditions
- Working closely with residents’ families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting care staff with clinical guidance and training
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times
✅ Requirements:
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid PIN
- Experience in elderly or complex care preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate and person-centred approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
