About You:
- You must be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous nursing home experience is essential.
- Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 5 in Management or be willing to work towards this.
- You will have a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to lead shifts and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Manage care plans and risk assessments, reviewing and updating as necessary.
- Administer medications safely and in line with professional guidelines.
- Lead and support the care team, providing clinical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Support the Home Manager with audits, training, and overall clinical governance.
