- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the clinical team
- Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role (hospital or care setting)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours
