🔹 Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with best practices and NMC standards
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Creating and updating care plans tailored to individual needs
- Working closely with residents, families, and other professionals to provide holistic care
- Supervising and supporting care assistants to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintaining clear and accurate records in line with regulatory requirements
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to high standards of care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach to supporting residents' emotional and physical wellbeing
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound clinical decisions
