Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage the quality of patient care and clinical services
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care team
- Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve clinical targets and uphold high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, and quality standards
- Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and lead on direct patient care when required
- NMC Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
- Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience
- Strong clinical, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Experience in an acute mental health setting
