Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a high-quality domiciliary care service
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff
- Maintain CQC compliance and support service audits
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and client reviews
- Contribute to service growth and operational improvements
- Experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- In-depth understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting team development
- Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
