Nestled in a peaceful setting, our family-run nursing home provides high-quality care across two fully-nursing floors. With a positive CIW report, we pride ourselves on our person-centred approach, a warm and friendly team culture, and our commitment to excellent clinical care.
We are currently overstaffing the home to ensure manageable workloads and optimal resident support – offering both day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle.

🩺 Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies
- Lead and support care staff in daily tasks
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and internal standards
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly
- Act as a key worker for assigned residents, building meaningful relationships with them and their families
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Previous nursing home experience is essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for elderly care and a kind, professional manner
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
