Registered Manager – Children's EBD Residential Home - Oadby - Up to £60,0000
Oadby, Leicestershire
Salary: £60,000 base | OTE up to £65,000
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 4-bed residential home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) based in Oadby, Leicestershire.
The home is fully operational with a committed staff team already in place, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day management, and regulatory compliance of the home. You will inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care and ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in residential childcare (or equivalent)
Level 5 in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential
Current or previous registration as a manager with Ofsted
Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD
Strong leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills
A genuine passion for making a positive difference in young people's lives
