We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. This is a standard coordination role within a well-structured team, combining office-based work with some field visits. The service delivers approximately 2,000 care hours per week with a workforce of around 90 carers.

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. The Role
- Coordinate care packages and ensure timely, person-centred delivery
- Manage and update staff rotas and care worker allocation
- Liaise with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
- Carry out some field visits and spot checks as required
- Maintain accurate care records and compliance documentation
- Respond to changes in service user needs and staffing requirements
- Support the Registered Manager and wider management team
- Experience within care coordination, domiciliary care, or supported living
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence - essential
- Strong rota management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Domiciliary care and supported living
- Approximately 2,000 care hours per week
- Deputy Manager, 2 Care Coordinators, 3 Field Supervisors, and Director in place
- Workforce of approximately 90 carers
