Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established and expanding children's residential care provider. This role offers the chance to lead a specialist home supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the children's home.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
- Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the staff team.
- Promote a therapeutic, child-centred approach to care.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee safeguarding, care planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Manage referrals, admissions, staffing, and occupancy.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, education providers, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage budgets and operational performance.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide effective leadership when required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months.
- Up to £63,553 basic salary.
- On-target earnings of up to £73,808 per annum.
