Key Responsibilities:
- Surgical Assistance: Provide expert scrub support across a range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and care standards.
- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for surgery, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in place and sterilised.
- Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons and the clinical team to support successful surgical outcomes.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all clinical protocols and infection prevention standards within the theatre.
- NMC Registered: Hold current NMC registration with scrub experience across orthopaedics, laparoscopic surgery, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery.
- NHS Experience: Minimum of 2 NHS experience required.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team focused approach to patient care.
- Competitive salary of up to £45,000 (DOE)
