Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (on-call included, occasional weekend cover)
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to support an established domiciliary care and supported living service in the Wirral. This is a varied role combining office-based coordination with occasional hands-on carer cover, suited to an experienced care professional who is organised, personable, and confident managing rotas and staff.
The Role
Coordinate care delivery and manage staff rotas across the service
Provide hands-on carer cover when required
Liaise with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
Support staff supervision, onboarding, and day-to-day management
Maintain accurate care records and compliance documentation
Participate in on-call duties and occasional weekend cover
Requirements
Experience within domiciliary care or supported living — essential
Strong rota management and coordination skills
NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential or willing to work towards)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle — essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
Commutable Areas
Wirral, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Bebington, Heswall and surrounding areas.
