Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Romsey area, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (on-call paid additionally)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We are working with an established domiciliary care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a branch ready for its next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a service with a strong foundation, a supportive structure already in place, and the freedom to shape its direction.
The Role
Take full operational ownership of the branch and drive it forward
Lead the wider team across management, coordination, training, and care delivery
Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and CQC standards
Manage care coordination and service delivery across domiciliary and live-in packages
Lead team meetings and contribute to shaping the future of the business
Develop relationships with local authority commissioners and private clients
Raise standards and energy across every area of the branch
Requirements
Proven experience managing within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Experience working with local authority contracts
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (ideal)
Full UK driving licence — essential
Confident, driven leader with a passion for raising standards
