We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. The service delivers approximately 2,000 care hours per week with a workforce of around 90 carers. This is a senior leadership role with a strong support structure in place, suited to an experienced manager with a background in domiciliary care and, ideally, supported living.

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. The service delivers approximately 2,000 care hours per week with a workforce of around 90 carers. The Role
- Take full operational responsibility across domiciliary care and supported living services
- Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
- Lead, manage, and develop a team including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Oversee a workforce of approximately 90 carers
- Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
- Work closely with the Director and senior leadership team
- Participate in a shared on-call rota alongside the coordinators
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care and / or supported living
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
- Experience across both domiciliary care and supported living (ideal), or a strong domiciliary care background
- Strong CQC compliance knowledge and regulatory experience
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- Must live locally to the service
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
