Care Coordinator – Isle of Wight
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + On-Call Bonuses (DOE)
Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week
28 days annual leave including bank holidays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator to join a large, well-established care service on the Isle of Wight.
The service currently delivers approximately 3,000 hours of care each week, providing a busy and well-supported environment for an experienced coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role As Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of care services. You will work closely with care staff, clients, families and management to ensure care packages are appropriately planned, staffed and delivered.

- Coordinating and scheduling care visits and rotas
- Ensuring care packages are appropriately staffed and covered
- Liaising with clients, families, care staff and other professionals
- Responding to changes in care requirements and staffing
- Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the service
- Monitoring the delivery of care and helping to maintain high standards
- Dealing with queries and resolving issues promptly
- Participating in an on-call rota, with additional bonuses available

- Previous Care Coordinator experience within a care setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with care scheduling/rotas
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- A professional and proactive approach
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Up to £32,000 per annum
