We're recruiting for a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed therapeutic EBD home for children aged 8–17.

The home has been fully developed, is in the final stages of preparation, and is due to open shortly, giving you the exciting opportunity to build a positive culture, recruit and develop your team, and create a home where children can truly thrive.

This is more than just another management role, it's an opportunity to influence the future of a growing organisation that is passionate about delivering exceptional, trauma-informed care.
About the Organisation The organisation has been founded by an experienced education and safeguarding professional with over 10 years' leadership experience, alongside experience as a foster carer. You'll be supported by a dedicated Responsible Individual and an experienced children's residential consultant, providing excellent guidance as the service grows.

The Role As Registered Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful launch and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
You'll lead the recruitment and development of your staff team, embed trauma-informed practice throughout the service, and work towards achieving positive Ofsted outcomes while creating a stable and nurturing environment for young people.
