We are working exclusively with an established domiciliary care provider in East Sussex to recruit a Deputy Manager. This is a great opportunity for a senior care professional ready to step up, with a clear progression pathway towards Registered Manager within two years.
The Role
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
Oversee care delivery, rotas, staff supervision, and documentation
Maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
On-call commitment — 1 in 6 weeks
Requirements
Experience within domiciliary care in a senior or supervisory capacity
Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
Experience with adult social services packages
Full UK driving licence — essential
Motivated to progress into a Registered Manager role
Commutable Areas
Eastbourne, Seaford, Lewes, Hailsham, Polegate, Newhaven, Brighton and surrounding areas.
