We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Care Manager to lead a new domiciliary care service in the Suffolk area

Key Responsibilities
- Hold the CQC registration for the domiciliary care service and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Support the growth and development of the service by building positive relationships within the local community and with commissioning bodies.
- Recruit, mentor, supervise and develop a high-performing team of Care Coordinators, Senior Carers and Care Assistants.
- Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, care reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate, up to date and reflective of individual needs.
- Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints and incidents professionally and in line with company policies.
- Maintain staffing levels and oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff.
- Ensure mandatory training, supervision and competency assessments are completed.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide operational leadership when required.
- Work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure outstanding outcomes.
About You We're looking for a confident leader with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional home care.
Essential Requirements
- Previous management experience within Domiciliary Care
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or currently working towards).
- Excellent knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing staff, quality, compliance and safeguarding.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
