About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Care Manager to lead a new domiciliary care service in the Suffolk area
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll have the autonomy to lead a new high-quality service You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to clients in their own homes while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and driving the continued growth of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold the CQC registration for the domiciliary care service and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
  • Support the growth and development of the service by building positive relationships within the local community and with commissioning bodies.
  • Recruit, mentor, supervise and develop a high-performing team of Care Coordinators, Senior Carers and Care Assistants.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, care reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate, up to date and reflective of individual needs.
  • Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints and incidents professionally and in line with company policies.
  • Maintain staffing levels and oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff.
  • Ensure mandatory training, supervision and competency assessments are completed.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide operational leadership when required.
  • Work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure outstanding outcomes.

About You We're looking for a confident leader with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional home care.

Essential Requirements
  • Previous management experience within Domiciliary Care
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or currently working towards).
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing staff, quality, compliance and safeguarding.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
