Contract: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead an established 44-bed care home with a Good CQC rating.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong and commercially minded manager who can lead a team, maintain high standards of care and oversee the successful day-to-day running of an established service.
The home has received positive feedback from residents and their relatives, and you will have the opportunity to build on its existing reputation while driving continued improvements in care quality and operational performance.

You will also benefit from the support of a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager and the wider Regional Management Team.
The Role As Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, clinical standards and commercial performance of the home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the care and nursing teams.
• Maintaining high standards of clinical care, safeguarding and resident wellbeing.
• Ensuring the home remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Overseeing the home's financial and commercial performance, including budgets and occupancy.
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the home's Good CQC rating.
• Building positive relationships with residents, relatives, staff and external professionals.
• Working closely with the Deputy Manager and Regional Management Team to achieve service objectives.
• Creating a positive, supportive culture where staff feel valued and residents receive person-centred care.

About You To be considered for this position, you will need:

• NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, or substantial senior management experience in a nursing home.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to maintain high standards of care.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
• A good understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
