About the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly established children's home rather than stepping into an existing service. The home will accommodate up to two young people, allowing for highly personalised support and the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships that achieve positive long-term outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the setup and presentation of the home to ensure it reflects the individual needs of each child.
