An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in the Slough area. The service currently delivers around 2,000 care hours per week, predominantly through local authority contracts, and benefits from a strong, established team.
The Role
A well-established domiciliary care service delivering approximately 2,000 hours per week, primarily through local authority contracts, supporting elderly clients, those living with dementia, mental health needs, and complex care.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Oversee delivery of approximately 2,000 care hours per week
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead, develop, and support the existing care and office team
- Maintain and grow local authority relationships and contracts
- Drive business development and service growth
- Manage care planning, rotas, and quality assurance
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Supported living experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
- Strong CQC compliance experience and good business development skills
- Experience across elderly, dementia, mental health, and complex care
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Sponsorship not available
