š« Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Residential Childcare Workers.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care in line with Ofsted regulations and organizational standards.
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations, compliance, and staff supervision.
- Promote the safety, welfare, and emotional development of children and young people.
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and record keeping.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies.
- Take part in a rota including sleep-ins (Ā£53 per sleep).
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Have at least 2 yearsā experience working in a childrenās residential setting.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
