Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Swindon (hybrid available 2/3 days WFH)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (+ performance bonuses upon completion of probation)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead one of the largest domiciliary care services in Oxfordshire, based in Oxfordshire. The service supports approximately 150 clients across local authority contracts. This is a senior leadership role with a large, established team and a strong compliance track record — rated Good or Outstanding with CQC.
The Role
Take full operational responsibility for a large-scale domiciliary care service
Maintain and build on CQC Good or Outstanding rating
Lead a large multidisciplinary team including Quality Manager, Care Manager, Care Coordinators, Supervisors, Case Workers, Team Leaders, and Admin
Manage and develop strong local authority relationships across Oxfordshire and Swindon
Oversee compliance, audits, safeguarding, and quality assurance
Manage care planning, documentation, and service performance
Lead on CQC inspections and regulatory compliance
Support service growth and performance against KPIs
Requirements
Currently or previously CQC registered as a Domiciliary Care Manager — essential
Previous CQC inspection experience — essential
Proven experience managing a large domiciliary care service
Strong local authority relationship management experience
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (attained or working towards)
Full UK driving licence — essential
Confident, experienced leader capable of managing a large team
