We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3 Bedded Therapeutic Home. This is for a well-established Residential Company who are looking to expand their reach to Children.
This is an opportunity to lead and manage a brand-new and ambitious service.

As a Registered Manager you will have the following:
- The desire and passion to safeguard, motivate, and inspire your staff team, and children in your care.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, in addition to working closely alongside other external professionals.
- The characteristics and personality to handle challenging behaviour effectively and professionally.
- The skills required to lead and supervise your colleagues.
- The confidence to make good decisions, based upon risk assessment and the needs of the children and your colleagues.
- A sound and in depth of industry regulations and standards, including Ofsted, the SCCIF, CHR2015, Working Together to Safeguard 2023 etc.
- The skills to work collaboratively with various multi agencies, such as Social Services, the NHS, specialist health services etc. in order to collaboratively create the best outcomes for our children.
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare / Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services in the children and young people’s residential management pathway (either obtained or currently / willing to work towards)
- Experience at Registered Manager / Deputy Manager level specifically within a residential home for children
