An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 2-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Ofsted registration process.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational systems.
- Develop and lead a high-performing staff team.
- Create a positive culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes for children.
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Prepare the home for Ofsted inspection and drive continuous improvement.
- Safeguard children and promote their welfare at all times.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience working within Children's Residential Services, supporting young people with EBD.
- A minimum of two years' management experience within a children's residential setting.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or be actively working towards it.
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving outcomes for young people.
Experience
- Senior Management experience i.e. Deputy Childcare Manager: 2 years
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Salary up to £65,000.
