Full-Time | Brand-New Service | Opportunity to Build & Lead from the Ground Up

I’m recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking care provider launching an exciting new domiciliary care service in Cromer. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to take the lead in setting up and managing this brand-new branch.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up – shaping the culture, building the team, and creating a high-quality service that truly puts people first.

About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the new service, from compliance and recruitment to service development and day-to-day operations. You’ll be fully supported by the senior leadership team as you grow the branch and deliver exceptional care in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register with the CQC and lead the service through initial inspection
  • Recruit, train, and manage a new care team
  • Develop care packages and ensure high standards of care delivery
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders, families, and commissioners
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC and organisational policies
  • Lead service growth and ensure sustainable, person-centred care
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing domiciliary care services
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
  • Proven leadership and service development skills
  • Passion for quality care and building strong, resilient teams
Salary & Benefits:
