Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and support a team delivering personalised care
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery, rotas, audits and safeguarding
- Mentor, develop and supervise team members
- Ensure delivery of person-led, safe and compliant support
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and professionals
- Experience in a supervisory/team leader role in health & social care
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 (minimum) — working towards Level 5 desirable
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- MAPA/PBS, IOSH, or AET training
- Experience in supported living or community-based care
