💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure continued compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
- Drive growth in care hours through local networking and marketing
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing care team
- Maintain excellent relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders
- Oversee care assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Monitor and manage service quality through audits and feedback
✅ Requirements:
- Registered Manager experience in Home/Domiciliary Care (or Deputy ready to step up)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of achieving/maintaining a Good rating or better
- Proven ability to increase hours and grow a service
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Person-centred, proactive, and resilient with a hands-on management style
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
