Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of domiciliary care delivery, staffing, compliance, and budgeting
- Maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction
- Drive service growth through new business opportunities and area expansion
- Lead, support, and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care sector legislation
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external professionals
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, operational, and organisational skills
- In-depth understanding of CQC standards and domiciliary care management
- Full UK driving licence
