I’m recruiting on behalf of a care provider launching a brand-new domiciliary care service in Peterborough, and they’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the way.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the very start of a new service – with the added security of established contracts already secured, giving you a strong foundation to build from.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for setting up and growing the service – from recruitment and compliance to care delivery and strategic development. You’ll be supported by a senior leadership team but given the autonomy to make this service your own.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the service setup and register with the CQC
- Build a strong care team from the ground up
- Manage all operational, compliance, and quality aspects of the service
- Oversee care planning and ensure exceptional service user outcomes
- Work closely with local authorities and partners to grow the service
- Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- A proactive leader who thrives in a start-up environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and team-building skills
- Salary up to £40,000 per annum
