Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Manchester. The service currently delivers approximately 80 care hours per week across local authority packages, with clear ambitions to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated manager — or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up — who has the drive to develop and expand a service from the ground up.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
Lead, manage, and develop care and office-based teams
Manage and maintain strong local authority relationships and contracts
Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
Drive service growth and support sustainable increases in care hours
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong working knowledge of local authority commissioning and contracts
Solid understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Highly motivated with a genuine drive to grow and develop a service
