We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Southampton. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a seasoned care professional with a strong background in domiciliary care management and CQC compliance.
The Role
Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams
Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
Build and maintain relationships with service users, families, and professionals
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience within domiciliary care - preferred
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Commutable Areas
