The Role
- Manage and coordinate care schedules and rotas (around 800 hours per week)
- Ensure efficient allocation of care staff to meet service user needs
- Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Liaise with care staff, service users, and families
- Assist with care planning and updates
- Ensure CQC compliance and adherence to company policies
- Support onboarding and communication with new staff
- Respond to day-to-day operational challenges
- Previous experience in a Care Coordinator or Senior Carer role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing rotas and schedules
- Good understanding of domiciliary care and CQC standards
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
