  • Monitor care plans, safeguarding, medication, incidents, complaints, recruitment and staff records.
  • Oversee Home Office sponsor licence compliance and sponsored worker records.
  • Coordinate recruitment, pre-employment checks and staff onboarding.
  • Manage office staff, training programmes and staff development.
  • Support the Registered Manager with operational management and service improvements.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency shift cover, including direct care when required.
About You
  • Experience in adult social care, ideally within a compliance, quality assurance or management role.
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, commissioner requirements and safe recruitment.
  • Understanding of Home Office sponsor licence requirements.
  • Experience undertaking audits, managing improvement plans and supporting staff.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and ability to travel between services.
  • Flexible approach to on-call duties and occasional emergency shift cover.
Desirable: Experience supporting CQC inspections, commissioner reviews, sponsor compliance audits and staff training.

What's on Offer?
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
  • Key leadership role with responsibility for service quality and compliance.
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact on care standards and service improvement.
  • Professional development and further qualification opportunities.
