We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee a home care service in Belfast. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced care manager with a strong background in domiciliary care, dementia, and complex needs, who can lead a team and maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
The Role
- Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Lead, supervise, and support care staff across the service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, CQC regulations, and best practice standards
- Coordinate staff rotas and manage resource allocation
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks
- Facilitate staff training in dementia care, medication administration, and home care best practice
- Maintain accurate client records, care plans, and supervision documentation
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
- Proven experience managing or supervising a domiciliary care or home care service
- Background in dementia, Alzheimer's, or complex needs care
- Strong knowledge of UK adult social care regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience developing and implementing personalised care plans
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Budget management and quality assurance experience desirable
