An established care provider is seeking an experienced NMC Registered Manager to lead a 35-bedded care home in Bolton. This is a strong opportunity for a clinically confident leader to take ownership of a home with clear scope to grow occupancy.

The Role
- Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
- Maintain full CQC compliance and quality standards
- Oversee occupancy growth, staffing, and operational performance
- Lead, develop, and support the nursing and care team
- Manage clinical governance, audits, and care planning
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (essential)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
