✅ Must Have:

• 🎓 Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
• 👥 Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
• 🧒 Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care
• 💻 IT literate & able to write professional reports

🔑 Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
• Supervise and develop the care team
• Promote the welfare, safety and voice of young people
• Lead by example on shift, maintaining therapeutic and trauma-informed practices
• Liaise with professionals, families, and education providers
• Participate in the on-call rota (2x/month)
• Oversee rotas, risk assessments, reports, and incident logs
• Support reflective practice and team development with the lead therapist
