We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a small, established private domiciliary care service in Greenford, West London. The service has been operating for over five years, is CQC registered and rated, and is now looking to scale. This is a genuine opportunity for a driven, approachable manager to take ownership of a small business at an early stage, grow the client base, and introduce local authority work for the first time. The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
- Drive business growth by bringing new clients on board, including developing local authority relationships
- Maintain CQC compliance, regulations, and inspection readiness
- Lead and develop the care team, supported by a Deputy Manager
- Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service quality
- Work closely with the Nominated Individual on strategy and development
- Scale the service in a sustainable, well-governed way
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspection processes
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing a business
- Approachable, friendly, and passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Private domiciliary care
- Established for over five years, CQC registered and rated
- Small, early-stage team with a Deputy Manager in place
