Supporting a mix of private and local authority residents, with current occupancy of 30, this is a strong opportunity for a driven leader to continue stabilising and improving service quality.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensure full compliance with CIW standards
- Maintain and improve high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead, support, and develop the care team
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and performance management
- Build effective relationships with families, local authorities, and professionals
- Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service performance
- Experienced Registered Manager within residential or elderly care
- Strong understanding of CIW regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive service improvements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident in managing safeguarding and compliance
