A trauma-informed group of Children’s Homes, is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a three-bed home supporting young people with learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
Key Details:
- Salary: £32,000/year; average £35,000 with £63/night paid sleep-ins.
- Hours: 42 hours/week; flexible shifts (07:30-21:30).

- Minimum 1 year of residential childcare experience.
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve it).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and strong leadership skills.
- UK driving license and clear DBS.
- Applicants must be 21+ for regulatory compliance.
