Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care - Solihull Area

Location: Solihull Area
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + Bonus

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a small, growing domiciliary care provider in the Solihull area.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a home care service currently delivering 700 care hours per week, with plans to increase to 1,500 hours in the next 6–12 months
• Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain exceptionally high standards in line with Solihull’s strict local authority expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the local council and commissioners
• Oversee care delivery, recruitment, compliance, audits, and team development

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing domiciliary care services
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and home care compliance
• Ability to lead, motivate, and grow a care team
• Excellent organisational, relationship-building, and communication skills

Package:

• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Performance-related bonus
