Are you an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a children's residential care provider seeking a dedicated and motivated manager to lead a 4-bed EBD children's home in Burnley, supporting young people aged 8ā17.
This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a residential service, develop a positive team culture and ensure young people receive the highest standard of care and support.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for the young people in its care.

- Leading, managing and developing the residential care team.
- Ensuring the home meets all relevant Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of care and promoting positive outcomes for young people.
- Managing staff performance, supervision, training and development.
- Overseeing care plans, risk assessments and placement plans.
- Building positive relationships with young people, families and external professionals.
- Managing the home's operations and ensuring it is run effectively.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
- Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or be working towards it.
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
- Salary of up to Ā£60,000 per annum.
- Ā£7,500 joining bonus.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- 37.5 hours per week.
